Items are sold as-is with no refunds. However, if there is an issue with an order we will do what we can to make it right. Please reach out to support@terricole.com if you have any issues with your order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
  • Please note that items often ship separately; mugs in particular ship separately from other items.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?
  • Please let us know at support@terricole.com, and we will reship the proper item.

DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED?
  • Please let us know at support@terricole.com and share an image of the item and your order number so that we can replace it for you.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED?
  • Please contact us within 15 days of your shipping estimate at support@terricole.com so we can fix the issue.
